Chapter 01
Welcome to day one of Tathata Training. Please take this moment to pause and thank yourself for being willing to be here right now. As you go through the training you will see these alerts come up on your screen after each day of training. This moment is designed to interact with you and further validate all that you know to be true as well as add moments of additional learning. As you conclude today, look forward to these first introductory movements being built off of and added to in tomorrow’s training. Also waiting for you in tomorrow’s training is an introduction to Tathata mental training exercises. This will give you a new way and new exercises to create and build absolute, authentic strength, on and off the course.
Each of the six chapters of learning contains support materials specific to the training introduced and taught in each chapter. I invite you to check them out, they are great tools to utilize along with your training and provide an even deeper understanding of the movements and entire training. Your chapter support materials are located under the third tab at the bottom of the chapter pages. Please use these materials in addition to the program’s learning, not in place of it.
