    Not everyone has the same availability  or will train at the same pace. Feel free to take the 60-Day Program and create your own schedule if 60-Days is not feasible for you. Here are a few alternative schedules we have created for you:

    My goal is 10 per week. Just finished day 4 mid afternoon. Had planned to do another but feel you need more time between sessions. Tomorrow I’m going to try first thing and late afternoon.
