    Greetings everyone,

doing physiotherapy and alike since more than 25 years now, just one little thought about the speed concerning the basic routine exercises during the first 5 days: I would like to get 2 to 3 seconds more to get back to the center/ start position due to the fact that as a beginner you have to refocus on all the things (knees pushing outside, the stance itself, feeling of pushing into the ground when moving the hips, you name it). If there is not enough time left, you easily might start with vague executions, which is not very sensible at the beginning.
    Just my thoughts.

    Regards,
    Andy

Thank you Andy for this feedback. We definitely see your point and agree with you. If it helps, the introduction days may be great to work through each movement more diligently and comfortably. Then once you feel like you have your own sense of the movements, move to the routines for a faster paced to get some reps in.

    Thanks Andy for reaching out!
