    Hello just wanted to give my fellow students heads up when they go back through to refresh on the movement routines make sure to implement the lay downs afterwards this has been a great help for me to bring the mental training all together I think it’ll be for you as well Days 15, 29, and 35 are some of my favorite to redo after the movement routines like bryan says pressure is the glue the brings the swing movements all together the lay downs seem to be the glue that brings the mental training all together for me I’m smiling right now thinking how much this is going to help all of us tathata students have a great day.
