Hi Stephen! Thanks for the question! As it relates to grip pressure, the pressure on the grip increases throughout the motion. Just like we talk about in the program, pressure in the whole body increases from setup to the finish. At setup we slightly pressurize the club to move with the body. On a scale of 1-10, for a stock 7 iron golf shot, the entire body would be slightly pressurized to about a “2” as we prepare to build this athletic striking motion. Keep in mind it’s important to not attach your training to “numbers” on a scale but to awaken the sense of greatness and athleticism out in front. Great job with your training so far!
