Yes, Graduate School Level 1 stands on it’s own and is intended to leave students with an unwavering feeling of movement mastery. For 95% of students, continued improvement beyond the program simply comes from an increase of accuracy, speed and understand of their movement performance. One of the biggest takeaways from the training experience is the increase in effectiveness of students at home training after attending Level 1 of Graduate School. A portion of students simply choose to end their live training here as they return home ready to look out in front and expect greatness without the need to question themselves or their movements ever again if they choose.
