I am in Day 35 and have questions about the full swing routine. I have watched Lauren closely through the program because she seems to get great rotation and I feel that I have made big gains in that area. Now I would like to know if there is a pull in the lateral obliques moving into the crescent shape before and after thrust through impact. I can feel a pinch in the lats during the soccer kick exercise but not so much in the other full swing movements. Do you describe any of the movements or feelings as “Lateral” movement that loads the right side muscles (I’m right handed). I realize a true lateral movement could pull the back shoulder down and out of the strength area but I want to know what the feelings are in the stomach since I haven’t noticed it discussed.
