No, the program is yours to be completed at your own pace and on your own schedule. It’s important to note we don’t recommend rushing through the program. If you truly want to improve we invite you to make this experience different.

As mentioned in the program, in martial arts, it is not uncommon for some poses and movements to be held and practiced for over 45 minutes at one time. Relating this to golf, that would be the equivalent to holding and practicing your setup position alone for 45 minutes. Although we don’t introduce you directly to this type of training throughout the program, it does shed light on why we recommend going through the program slowly and each day in order to truly build these movements into your game and answer questions about your movements once and for all. Could you imagine actually practicing your setup position for 45 minutes?

If you knew exactly what you were doing while practicing, this time spent might just help you answer questions about your setup once and for all and completely remove the need to ever doubt, question or worry about your setup position ever again. Could you imagine the mental peace and clarity this would bring? This is part of the essence of Tathata training.
