Yesterday, I was able to validate my training in a ‘cool’ way. I mean, the temperature was 40 degrees (playing in Chicago in December). The second hole on my ‘home’ course is a moderately severe dog leg to the right, with OB on the left. I’ve found that playing the hole with a big fade off the tee is best for me (and I’ve done it this way for many years). But yesterday I applied the trajectory movements (I just finished day 54) and decided to try and hit over the trees instead of around them. It worked great and my drive ended up thirty yards beyond the best I’ve ever had with the fade (and this is in cold and wet conditions).
