I am on day 13 and know what starts the transition and downswing. What is the proper order of the back swing? Does the drawing back of the body move the arms and club, or does the pushing back of the club and arms move the body and cause it to draw back?
You will learn this more in the Pressure chapter but we are beginning the backswing with a pushing down of the arms as we move the club to parallel. It is almost a one piece take away but the hands and arms are starting this with the pushdown.
