I am on day 38. 65 years, 19 handicap. I practice Tai Chi every morning, and would appreciate a recommendation for a 15 minute daily practice. Thinking a few of the yoga stretches, snap to level and full swing.?

We are building an incredible 15 minute “flow routine” that we can’t wait to share with you. For the time being, have fun building your own 15 minute daily practice centered around your favorite movements if you choose to. We love your thoughts on including stretches along with the movements to continue building strength into your game everyday.
