Hi-
I just completed day four and I have heard Brian continually refer to the “description phase” as in, “you heard this in the description phase”. What is he referring to? Is there something that I have missed entirely? Thanks for the help!
The description phase are the first few videos that introduce the body movement drills. Also, the lesson support has movement checklists and video descriptions that break down each movement in detail.
Good luck with the program. I just finished it a few weeks ago and am enjoying the progress.
