    In day 38 Bryan talks about what he eats. What does he eat?


    A Diet plan would be a great addition


    Hi Norman and Jerry,

    Thank you for your questions about the diet and food. This has been a passion of Bryan’s for many years and he would absolutely agree with you on how beneficial or “crucial” (as Bryan likes to say in the program) the diet or the food we intake is to our overall physical and mental health. We are excited to share that we are currently developing what will be Tathata Life, which will cover the food aspect along with other supporting factors that for example will not only allow us to raise our energy but sustain it like Bryan mentions in the program. When the time comes, we will be excited to share this with Tathata students and any individual looking to improve their overall health and well-being.


    This of great interest to me.

    Hi Alfred,

    Thank you for your interest in Tathata Life. It is currently not available. We are still in the developmental stages of the food/supplement portion of Tathata Life. We are currently finishing up our new website and enhancing and adding to our Tathata Golf Training Programs.

    We don’t have a scheduled date of when Tathata Life will be launched, but we anticipate early 2018.
