    In the program Bryan mentions “eating the same things every day”. What kind of diet does he follow?


    Great question Doug. One of the ways your could categorize Bryan’s diet would be to call it alkaline. Bryan chooses foods high in alkalinity and avoids food with acidic ph levels. The more alkaline and healthy the food is we put in our bodies, the higher the frequency our cells will vibrate and the healthier and more energetic you will feel.
