    Is there a guide or manual that we can print out to follow along with the chapters. It would be great to have this to write notes on as you go through the program. Then when you are offline you can always refer back to the guide.



    Hi Jeff – Indeed there is! Just scroll down further on the page where the videos are located and you will see a tab for chapter support. There are lots of great resources found there, including a printable document for assessing movements. I hope this helps!!
