Excited to have finished Day 1 and in the process I noticed my front (left) leg muscle was very weak. I have had knee surgery in this knee many years ago and strength has always been an issue. Is there any low impact supplemental strength exercises one can recommend?
if its been years since the surgery and you get around without too much trouble, most “advice” anyone gives you is going to be dependent on your fitness level. Are you able to do body weight exercises which target the legs (squats, lunges, etc)? if so, you can just google some exercises, find some videos and get to it! best of luck!
