Modified stretches

    I’m 83 and cannot do even the first move from Day 5. Are there modified stretches that can be done as a substitute?


    Go to Daily Extra on the Stretching-Regression for Day 5.
    I found it extremely helpful and it’s now getting easier.
    I’m 75 so I know what you were feeling. Good Luck

    Awesome, thank you Linda for your response. Max, as Linda has pointed out, there is a Daily Extra on the regression movements of the Stretching Routine located on the Day 5 page beneath the video next to the Chapter Support tab. Let us know if you need help finding it or would like any additional support with the stretching movements.



    Thanks, Linda and staff. I’ve found it and have watched it twice and printed out the cheat sheet. I believe I can do most of them but I’m also aware of the purpose of each stretch movement.
