Great question. The Tathata Stretching Routine is used to help open up the body to feel alive and ready when we train and on the golf course. Although not required, it’s beneficial to do the stretches in the morning and may be perfect to do before your workout. Then if you choose to, it’s also great to do them before you go to bed at night to prepare the body to sleep and wake up feeling refreshed.
