Hello, I am on day 10 and wasn’t sure if this comes up later in the program. Is there any resistance training or weight training, or would you suggest any resistance training to accompany this program?
This is a great question, you will find in chapter 3 “Pressure” along with chapter 4 “Speed and Strength” that we experience movements that would mimic a resistance type training. We are very complimentary of resistance training and would recommend any training that encourages strength and stability without losing a sense of mobility.
