I’m only on day 3 of the training, and I am really enjoying it so far. I do have a question about the set-up. When we step in to the set-up the back is slightly rounded. Are we suppose to lift the ribs during the set-up and before we swing or when we start the backswing? I was just a little confused on the timing of things. Thanks!
Hi Brandon – Lifting the ribs comes during the backswing. My understanding is that there is a slight lift then and then a bit more coming into impact. More of this will be discussed throughout the program so just be open to learning it as you progress. Don’t hesitate to follow up if you have additional questions.
