My doctor suggested that I do some weight training to improve my overall health which is a good thing. I know the Speed and Strength chapter and the stretching routines are helpful, but I’m curious what the Tathata master’s recommend for weight training routines that supplement the Tathata training and continue to improve my golf swing motions.

In terms of improving overall health, we suggest you explore pilates and yoga. Make sure that the training you choose is high in repetitions, explosive and centered around building athletic movements. Focus on agility work that is fast paced and explosive!
