Has anyone experienced tennis elbow with the exercises, drills, or with the use of pressure in the swing. I developed serious pain in both elbows. I took a three month break, then started hitting a bucket (45 balls) of balls once a week for three weeks and developed excruciating pain. I have been going to therapy for three weeks and feeling better. I was told not to golf for two more weeks. I also noticed during the three weeks of going to the range and eliminating pressure from my swing I was able to make crisper contact with noticeable difference (increase) in distance. I believe some of the moves with sudden stops and pressure techniques is the reason I developed elbow problems. Has anyone experienced similar problems or concerns. Are some of these movements and techniques problematic?
