    I don’t like to exercise, but I do like to work on my golf game. I recently spent a week concentrating on staying down in my glutes throughout the swing. I played golf three days and the other days I spent about 20 minutes on the range just concentrating on that. Not only did my game improve, but I lost inches off my hips and legs and my newly replaced knees can suddenly stand up much more easily!
