    The screenshot of the Day 9 video shows all three participants bent forward.

    Are the knees bent, straight, or does it matter? Is this primarily a hamstring stretch or a lower back stretch?

    Hi Lance,

    This stretch can be completed in a number of different ways. The legs ideally are locked out and straight to stretch both the hamstrings and lower back. The legs can also slightly bend to help the upper body fall more forward to still stretch the hamstrings and lower back.
